The Helmsman four-port expander connects to Furuno 500, 600, and 700 series commercial automatic pilots and allows the operator to connect four, full followup, remote controller stations to a single port of the Furuno autopilot processor. 

The Helmsman FPE is simple to install and operates transparently, allowing the operator to take instant over-ride command from any remote controller station.
